I don’t want to rave on about leadership or leading, but thought a little ‘Leadership Model’ might be something people could use.  Obviously the single words in the model can be interpreted and applied as you see fit.

I use the base line S.i.L.K, as my motto and it is actually the name of my wife and my training and consulting business.
